“ADRIANA NICOLE RITA PADILLA- It is with deep sorrow and enduring love that we announce the passing of Adriana Nicole Rita Padilla, who entered eternal rest on November 21, 2025, at the age of 35. She was a daughter, sister and aunt whose life was marked by beauty and a longing to be fully alive. She was a 2008 graduate of Los Lunas High School and later attended the University of New Mexico. She built a successful career in the commercial lighting industry.
Adriana felt deeply, lived boldly and carried a restless spirit that sought connection and meaning. She loved spending time with her family and enjoyed golfing, hunting trips and traveling. Her life was always marked by sincerity and a desire to live fully.
A defining part Adriana’s life was her commitment to helping others. She faithfully completed many medical mission trips, serving underserved and remote communities with compassion and humility. Providing care to those in need gave Adriana a sense of purpose and reflected the generous heart that guided her life.
Adriana is survived by her parents, John Padilla and Aurelia Padilla, brother Johnathan Padilla, sister Brittany Hasse, her husband, Christian Hasse, and her beloved nieces Rachel, Ainslie and Sophia, and many extended family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her grandparents George and Rita Brito and grandmother Dorothy Jean Padilla.
As a family of faith, we entrust Adriana to the infinite mercy of God. We believe the Lord who knew her heart completely- her compassion, her wounds, her longing to serve-has received her with tenderness and peace. Though her passing leaves a deep ache, she will be remembered for the depth of her heart, her generosity, and the unmistakable imprint she left on those who knew her.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully asks that prayers be offered for the repose of Adriana’s soul. Donations may also be made to a donation fund established in her name and memory. Visit the website of Global First Responder, www.globalfirstresponder.org/donate/, to make any contributions.
Services will be held on January 9, 2026, at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church. Rosary to begin at 9:30 AM, followed by Mass at 10:00 AM and she will be laid to rest at Gate of Heaven Cemetery at 11:30 AM.”
