On August 31, 1986, Alicia Marie Walton was born to Clinton Dewayne and Mary Lee Walton in Albuquerque, New Mexico.  When Alicia was eight years old, Mary Lee Walton married Sylvester Williams on January 29, 1994.  At an early age, Alicia was baptized and became a member of Stadium Boulevard Church of Christ in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Furthermore, she was an honest, caring, and enthusiastic individual who carried the incredible talent of being a good listener and gave the most encouraging and uplifting advice.  In Addition to her many positive characteristics, she was admirably strong and always spoke her mind and made sure she was heard.
