Andres Moraga

Andres “Andy” Moraga age 83, born in Los Padillas New Mexico, passed away peacefully on August 22, 2025 with his family and friends by his side.

He was a veteran who served in the Air Force. Andres was a proud simple man who loved the simple things in life like planting a garden, watching tv, and going for walks.

Andres is preceded in death by his parents Elfego and Kate Moraga, his daughter Amanda Gallegos, and his brothers Elfego Jr. Moraga, Joe Polo Moraga, and Leroy Moraga.

He is survived by his daughter Armida Griego and her wife Michelle Norine, 7 grandchildren , 10 great grandchildren, his brother Crespin Moraga, sister Mary Piedad Moraga, his dear friend Gloria, and her family plus many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Graveside services will be held at Santa Fe National Cemetery on Tuesday September 16th at 10:00
