Carla Demmings-Mitchell

Carla Annette (Demmings) Mitchell was born June 13, 1963 in Albuquerque, NM to Aubrey Demmings and Virginia Leonard. She attended Eugene Field elementary, Washington Middle School, and Albuquerque High School.
After high school she moved to Los Angeles, California where she received her beautician degree and certification from Marinello School of Beauty. She returned to Albuquerque and worked for the city for several years before choosing to serve her community as an adult care provider for Dan Garvin and Action Home Health care. She assisted disabled adults in the achievement of their own goals, dreams, and independency through her support and understanding.
God has laid to rest the spiritual body of Carla Mitchell February 27, 2017 She leaves to cherish her memories, her sons; Tyron Landrum and Rashaud Landrum, Brother; Jerry Leonard, two grandchildren, one god-daughter, and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
