IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Christopher M.
Aragon
November 6, 1981 – October 18, 2025
Christopher Michael Aragon, born on November 6, 1981, in Albuquerque, New Mexico, passed away on October 17, 2025, at the age of 43.
Christopher believed deeply in the love of God. His faith shaped his compassion, fueled his optimism, and helped him persevere in difficult moments.
Above all, he cherished being a father. His children, Jaqueline and Chris, were the greatest joy of his life, becoming both his purpose and his pride. Whether roller skating, taking meaningful outings, or simply being present, he cared for and encouraged them fiercely. Christopher held a deep love and respect for his mother, MaryAnne, honoring the bond, guidance, and unwavering support she brought into his life. He treasured the memory of his father, honoring him throughout his journey. He also admired his brothers, Carlos and Andrew, sharing a connection marked by loyalty and family pride. He adored his nephews, Elijah and Andres, pouring into them with the same encouragement, energy, and playful competitiveness that defined his heart.
Christopher’s competitive spirit showed in everything he did. He boxed under Josh and Al Torres, often sparring with Elijah, and he often played basketball with the kids, sometimes trying a little too hard to win. As a jack-of-all-trades, he had dreams of being a weatherman, owning a contracting business, and challenging his bosses for their spot, just to keep everyone on their toes.
When his heart felt heavy, he found peace near the water, fishing on the San Juan River or boating at Elephant Butte with friends and family. He loved exploring new places and finding relief in nature.
Shortly before his passing, he saved a young girl’s life, a final act that reflected his courage and compassion.
Christopher leaves behind family and lifelong friends who will remember his humor, his stories, and the moments he gave freely. His legacy lives on in every heart he touched, especially the hearts of his children.
May he rest in God’s embrace, forever free
