Craig Lee Dixon

Born on October 23, 1994, Craig Lee Dixon, aged 28, was called home on July 16, 2023. He was born to loving parents, Craig JeanLouis and Cynthia Dixon, at UNM Hospital in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Craig began his journey at Painted Sky Elementary School before moving on to Jimmy Carter Middle School. It was during his time there that he discovered his passion for basketball. Craig continued to nurture this love as a member of the varsity team at Atrisco Heritage High School, where he formed lasting friendships with his teammates.

Craig's vibrant spirit lit up the lives of those around him. Craig was a light that shined bright . He had a special bond with his friends, but above all else, he cherished his family.

In his leisure time, he enjoyed playing video games and savoring those precious moments and spending quality time with his loved ones enjoying the moment spent together. 

Craig will be fondly remembered by his adoring mother Cynthia Dixon of Albuquerque, New Mexico and beloved father Craig JeanLouis of Albuquerque, New Mexico. He leaves behind his sister Ranisha Dixon of Albuquerque, New Mexico and younger brother Danny Dixon of Albuquerque, New Mexico. He was also a proud uncle to Jayden Davis (11). Additionally, Craig is survived by his two children; I'raya Rose Dixon (9) and Jersey Kai Dixon (4). His loss has left a deep void in the hearts of all those who knew and loved him.

In just a short time among us, Craig has left an indelible mark on our lives. Although taken from us too soon, he will forever be remembered for the love he shared and the light he brought into our lives.
