David Ralph Gurule

David Gurule went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, April 26, 2025. He was born on October 4, 1964. He was preceded in death by a special nephew, Eddie Vargas. He is survived by his mother and father, Andrea and John Gurule, his brother John Gurule, Jr. (Rachael), sister Susan Duling (George), sister Gina Vargas (Ed), and sister Lisa Martyn (John). Special nephews and nieces: Robert Gurule, Kristen Vargas, Lauren Hendrick, Aaron Vargas, Brianna Ayd and numerous extended family.

David was born and grew up in Albuquerque, NM. He loved to fish, travel, garden and play golf. He cherished his time in Hawaii where he worked and lived for ten years. David always had a story to tell and loved to make people laugh.

David will be dearly missed by family and friends. A mass will be held at Sacred Heart Church on Thursday, May 1, 2025, at 10:00 am. David will be placed to rest at Fairview Memorial Park.
