Dawn Louise Trammel was born to Earlie Mae Roberts on November 14, 1967, in Roswell, NM. She went home to be with the Lord on September 9, 2023.

She was the second to youngest of seven children. Dawn was a vibrant and caring person who prided herself on being the family protector. She was a homemaker who cared deeply for her late-life partner Jameson Hines and her two children, Eurika and Markie ‘Sha. Dawn is preceded in death by her mother Earlie Mae Trammel, her sisters Johnnie Mae Roberts and Barbra Ann McKenzie, her life partner Jameson Hines. She is survived by her children, Eurika Monsanto and Markie ‘Sha Johnson both of Albuquerque, NM. Two brothers Dennis Trammel (DeeBaby) and Willie Trammel both of Prescott, AZ, and two sisters Ocie Trammel of Albuquerque and Mildred Gibbs of Dallas, TX, and brother-in-law Felix Gibbs of Dallas, TX as well as a host of nieces and nephews who deeply loved her and will miss her.
