Ethel Cheatham-Tilley

 Ethel Cheatham-Tilley, of Albuquerque, New Mexico, passed away on November 10, 2023, at the age of 77. She is survived by her two children, Vanessa and Gregory; her sister Earlene; two grandsons; and six great-grandchildren. Ethel was born in Columbus, AR, and spent her late childhood and early adult years living in Phoenix, Arizona. She then lived for a few decades in various states and countries before settling in Albuquerque.

Ethel leaves behind a legacy of love, compassion, and community spirit. She will continue to be missed and remembered by those whose lives she touched.

 The family will hold a celebration of life on Saturday, July 13, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel located at Strong Thorne Mortuary, 1100 Coal Ave SE 87106 Albuquerque, NM. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to local chapters of the Red Cross and Food for the Homeless.
