Age 84, passed away Monday, May 20, 2019. He was born in Lamar, CO on September 8, 1934, to Walter Newman and Clara Pepmiller Newman.
Melvin is survived by daughter, Denise Tesillo of Albuquerque, NM .
Viewing/Viewing will be held Friday, May 24, 2019, 10:00 am at Strong~Thorne Funeral Home, 1100 Coal Ave. SE.
The Funeral Service will be held directly after the Viewing/Visitation at 12:00 noon also at Strong~Thorne. Interment will follow at Fairview Memorial Park, 700 Yale Blvd. SE.
Melvin will be dearly missed by all who loved him.
