Rex Asa Ward, 77, passed away on Monday, March 6, 2017. He was born on October 18, 1939 to Perry Asa and Frances (Reese) Ward in Big Spring, TX. He was a mobility therapist for the visually impaired. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Darlene Rose Ward, and a brother, Jack Ward. Rex is survived by his wife of 51 years, Maxine (Torres) Ward, of Rio Rancho, NM; sons, Derek Ward and Curtis Ward, also of Rio Rancho, NM; and a sister Natalie Hyder.
