Celebrating the Life of Rosemary Jaramillo

Rosemary Jaramillo, our beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, peacefully went to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on February 6, 2026, following a brief illness. While our hearts are heavy, we take immense solace in knowing she is exactly where she has always longed to be: in the arms of her Creator.

Rosemary was a woman of unwavering conviction and infectious warmth. To know her was to love her, and to love her was to know exactly where you stood with her. Guided by a powerhouse prayer life, Rosemary lived with a unique blend of grace and grit—always ensuring things were done "her way," which, as she’d tell you, was usually the best way after a sincere talk with the Lord.

Her Family Legacy

Rosemary’s heart was always full, coming from a large and vibrant family. She is survived by her sister, Carmen, and her brothers, Abron, Eddie, Joseph, and Gabe.

She now joins her parents, Frank and Eucariz, in heaven, alongside her sisters and brothers who preceded her: Isabel, Melba, Ernesto, Frank, and Ray. Most joyfully, she is reunited with her beloved late granddaughter, Bryanna.

Her immediate family was her earthly masterpiece. She is survived by her devoted husband, Tom, whose dedication to her was a testament to true love for her; her son, Michael David; her daughter, Sharon; and her son-in-law, Cameron. Rosemary’s crown jewels were her three incredible grandchildren—Michael Jr., Evan, and Logan—who were her absolute pride and joy.

A Joyous Celebration of Life

We invite you to help us honor a life lived with purpose and passion. In true Rosemary fashion, we aren't just mourning; we are celebrating.

Where: Calvary Chapel Duke City (Look for the eight-story high-rise. Calvary is next to this building) 12820 Indian School Road NE, Albuquerque, NM

The Potluck:

Following the service, we will share a meal together. Because Rosemary loved a good gathering, we are hosting a potluck-style celebration. We kindly ask that guests bring a dish of your choice to share as we swap stories and honor her memory.

The "Purple”

Rosemary’s world was best viewed in shades of purple. To honor her vibrant spirit, the family requests that guests wear as much purple as possible. Whether it is a purple tie or shirt or your favorite purple dress, let’s fill the room with her favorite color!

Floral Tributes:

Flowers may be sent to Strong-Thorne Mortuary, 1100 Coal Ave SE, Albuquerque, NM 87106.

Our family is eternally grateful for the outpouring of love and support during this season. While our faith has been tested to its limits, the community around us has been a beacon of hope. We look forward to seeing you all soon.
