Sally Ann Rose Dehon, a resident of Albuquerque, NM, passed away peacefully on Friday, November 27, 2015, surrounded by her family.   She was reunited with her beloved husband, Bill, and cherished mother and father, Harold F. and Margaret H. Rose of Great Falls, MT. She is survived by her brother, William “Mike” Rose, also a resident of Great Falls; daughter, Anne Dehon and her wife Beth; son, David Dehon  and his wife Shirley; five grandchildren, Katherine Evans, Larry Slone, Adrienne Duran, Samantha Bell, Ashley Scott; and two great granddaughters,  Anessa Duran and Graisyn Bell, all of Albuquerque. Sally was born on May 2, 1936, in Iowa City, Iowa, and raised in Great Falls, MT.  She graduated from Denver University with a degree in Library Science in 1958 and married Bill the day after her graduation.  She and Bill moved to Albuquerque in 1961. During her years in Albuquerque, she was the Director of Special Education for the Rehabilitation Center of New Mexico and Special Education Administrator for Goodwill Industries.  She was involved in volunteer work throughout her life where she impacted the lives of many people in the community. Her passions were spending time with her family and friends, traveling the world, and spending time at her precious cabin. The family is grateful to the staff at Manzano Del Sol for their dedicated and loving care of Sally for all these years. Services for Sally will take place at the Chapel at Manzano Del Sol Good Samaritan Village in Albuquerque on Saturday, December 5, 2015, at 10:00 a.m.  In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the American Cancer Society.
