Age 33 passed away Sunday, April 16, 2023. He was born in Albuquerque, NM on September 4, 1989, to Pauline and Sergio Cisneros.

Sergio spent his high school years at Albuquerque High, after high school he started his own Landscaping business called Klean Kuts. Although he was never married, he had two handsome boys Sergio Cisneros III and Emilino Giovanni Cisneros with their mother Danielle Manly.

He is survived by his mother Pauline Cisneros, father Sergio Cisneros, twin brother Jose Luis Cisneros, brother Clifford Evans, sisters Martina Victoria, Annamarie Cisneros, his children Sergio Cisneros III, Emilino Giovanni Cisneros, and many family members and friends.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, April 26, 2023, 6:00 pm at Strong-Thorne Chapel, 1100 Coal Ave SE, Albuquerque.  

Service will be held on Thursday, April 27, 2023, 11:00 am, at Strong-Thorne Chapel, 1100 Coal Ave SE, Albuquerque.  Interment to follow at Sunset Memorial Park 924 Menaul Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87107.
