Yolanda Lisa Moreno

Lisa Moreno, 43 of Albuquerque, NM passed away unexpectedly on October 23, 2023 after her battle with epilepsy. She is survived by her husband Edmundo Moreno, 3 children, Monique, Mariah and Dominic, 2 stepchildren, Gabe Moreno, Isaiah Moreno, 3 grandchildren, Josiah, Addy and Ben, mother Evelyn Lujan and stepfather Gilbert Lujan, siblings Steven, Angelica (Phil), along with many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, close cousins and many friends. She was preceded in death by her grandfather who raised her as a daughter, “Bub” Louis Ewing.

Lisa was a die-hard Steelers fan, she enjoyed hosting parties in her home when the Steelers were playing. She also enjoyed gardening, caring for her plants and beloved pets. Lisa enjoyed going to the lake with her family. She was a very loyal family member and friend. Lisa was known for early morning, funny, crazy and silly messages to family & friends. She will be missed by all who loved her.

Celebration of life to be held November 2, 2023 at 6pm at Strong Thorne funeral home: 1100 Coal Ave SE, Albuquerque, NM 87106

Services to be held on Nov 3, 2023 at Strong Thorne at 10:00am with burial to follow at Mount Calvary 1900 Edith Blvd NE,  along with a reception following the burial at Strong Thorne, 1100 Coal Ave SE, Albuquerque, NM 87106
