Jean Thomas, 86, went on to be with the Lord with family by her side on Friday January 14, 2022. Jean was born in Twinsburg, Ohio on July 2, 1935. She graduated from Highland High School in 1953.
She is preceded in death by her parents, John and Margaret Reese; husband, James David Thomas; son, Brett Thomas.
Jean is survived by sons, Davy Thomas of Tijeras, Jon Thomas of Tijeras, Clayton Thomas and wife Martha of Carnuel and daughter, Aleta Martinez and husband, Sonny of Carnuel; six grandchildren, Patrick Thomas, Chris Thomas, Nicole Douglas, Kasey Skarsgard, Brett Thomas and Desiree Maier; five great-grandchildren, Mackenzie, Hunter, Sonnet, Rowan and Cooper. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Jean loved to go fishing and camping.
A memorial service will be held Friday, February 4, 2022 at 11:00, at Strong Thorne Chapel, 1100 Coal Ave. SE, Albuquerque.
